Seller & digital delivery
Personalized art should arrive exactly as promised. Here is how our digital products, payments and support are organized.
Who sells the artwork?
The Meaningful Day is a digital art brand operated by Happy Translator Inc. When payments are enabled, the Stripe checkout may show this legal business name. Your card statement may show THINKINENGLISH, the current payment account descriptor.
What do I receive?
The Day in Color ($24 USD) is a personalized digital artwork supplied as a 3600 × 4800 pixel, 300 DPI PNG and a 12 × 16 inch print PDF. Stitch the Stars ($29 USD) is a personalized downloadable cross-stitch PDF containing a chart, thread and fabric list, stitching guide and dedication card. Applicable taxes, when required, will be calculated and displayed at Stripe checkout in addition to the listed USD base price. The number of pages varies with your selected chart size. Neither purchase includes a physical print, embroidery thread, fabric or shipping.
Delivery after payment
After a successful Stripe payment, the server verifies your order before unlocking the digital download links on the confirmation page. Keep your confirmation link private. Free sample files are watermarked and do not include the full paid pattern.
Support and refunds
Read our prelaunch digital purchase and refund guidance (draft; not yet effective for live sales).
Live purchasing is not yet available. A verified customer-support email and final purchase, correction and refund terms will be provided before commercial sales open.
