Digital purchases, delivery & refunds

Prelaunch information — not yet a live purchase policy. We currently offer free previews and separate Stripe sandbox tests only. These guidelines are being finalized before accepting live customer payments. They do not remove any statutory consumer rights.

Who you purchase from

The Meaningful Day is operated by Happy Translator Inc. Its Stripe checkout and statement information may use the company's name or the descriptor THINKINENGLISH.

Products, prices & delivery

Both are digital downloads only. No paper print, framed artwork, threads, fabric, shipping or physical embroidery is included. Prices are shown in USD before any applicable taxes. Stripe will calculate and show taxes, where required, at live checkout before you pay. Tax treatment depends on your location and the seller’s registrations.

Reviewing your personal details

Before purchasing, review the selected date, location, occasion, time (if entered), colors and dedication. The Day in Color is an artistic interpretation, not a reconstruction of historical weather. Stitch the Stars depicts an astronomical chart for the selected place and time using the site's stated star catalogue and calculation method. If no exact time is entered, the preview explains the representative time used.

Review and correct your purchase

Before payment, check the artwork date, place, occasion, color mood, chart time (if used), and any dedication. You can return to edit your selections. The listed USD price excludes applicable sales taxes, which are shown in Stripe Checkout before you authorize payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge for either product.

Order confirmation

A successful purchase unlocks your personalized digital files and a printable, downloadable order confirmation containing the purchased item, order date, purchaser information provided to Stripe, pricing, tax and payment total. Save this confirmation for your records. It is not a substitute for a statutory consumer right, and you can contact customer support if you need assistance recovering it.

Receiving and recovering your files

After a successful payment, our server verifies the payment status before enabling the personal download link. You should save your files after downloading. Treat the confirmation link as private: anyone with it may potentially access its files until delivery access is further restricted. If the receipt link is lost, a download fails or a file is corrupt, please contact customer support once the verified support channel is published.

Corrections and refunds

Our intended support process is to investigate files that are inaccessible, incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from the advertised digital product and offer a suitable correction, replacement or refund, according to the circumstances. For other refund or cancellation requests, we will assess the order and any rights that apply under the customer's local consumer laws. No statement here is intended to exclude mandatory rights.

There is no blanket “all sales final” exclusion. Our final terms, including any limits on discretionary changes to personalized inputs, will be published before live transactions begin.

Change of mind and incorrect input

Because completed files are made to your selected details, correctly delivered personalized digital items are not ordinarily refundable solely for change of mind. If you entered a wrong date, place, time or dedication, contact support and we will review possible corrections; a replacement for a changed preference is not automatically guaranteed. If a delivered file is defective, incomplete, unavailable, or materially different from what was described, contact support for correction or another appropriate remedy, including a refund when required or when we cannot deliver what was promised. Nothing here restricts mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights under applicable law.

A verified support email is being configured. Live purchases will remain unavailable until a working customer contact is confirmed.

Privacy and payment security

Stripe handles payment card information. The website uses the submitted personalization details for previews and protected file generation. See our privacy information. The full customer privacy and purchase policies will be reviewed for the jurisdictions where the products are offered before live sales open.
