Stitch the sky from the night they came into your world.

For the grandmother who wants to leave something of herself. For the mother who remembers that first night. A real map of the stars, transformed into a pattern your hands can make — and their hands may someday hold.

Someday, this will tell them how loved they were.

Imagine your child, grown, looking at a circle of tiny stitches and knowing someone sat quietly, night after night, making this for them. The sky gives the pattern its shape. Love gives it meaning.

About the sky in your pattern

We calculate positions from the public-domain Yale Bright Star Catalogue (J2000 coordinates, visual magnitude), Earth rotation and the date and coordinates provided. This is a stylized, bright-star embroidery chart, not a photograph or an observatory-grade ephemeris. It does not include planets, the Moon, clouds, light pollution or full historical proper-motion corrections. At an unknown birth time, the sky shown is explicitly a representative 10 p.m. local sky. For a custom location, the UTC offset is supplied by you.
